Wow – we are not big beef eaters, but I have bookmarked this anyway because I see several recipes that I am going to use with ground chicken or turkey. I can’t wait. I love that there are some gluten free options in there! We eat lots of ground beef because it’s cost effective, but we often get bored with burgers and meat loaf. There are some great ideas up there!
